I want people to listen to me to compensate for all the times my quiet cries went unheard, I want them to understand me on a level beyond the occasional relationship one might pursue with someone they deem appropriate for their calibre of status, beyond the hellos and the hi’s and goodbyes. I want to feel something, as we all do, and I would be lying if I said that isn’t a deep rooted characteristic trait of mine
